Showtime for Graham girls

GRAHAM School girls are ready to ride after starting up their own showjumping team.

The idea of setting up the team - known as Giddy-up Graham - came from two of the school's sports leaders, Alice Robinson and Ellen Mann.

Misha Bluck and Gabrielle Floris are also in the line-up, while under-13 duo Adele Robinson and Fran Floris complete the squad.

Graham sports teacher Sue Flinton said: "It is very unusual for a town school to have a show-jumping team but it's great that we can widen the range of school activities available for our students.

"It was all the idea of two of our under-16 sports leaders, Alice and Ellen, and they deserve great credit for organising everything.

"All the girls are very keen riders and are delighted to get the chance to represent the school at someting they love doing."
