Ingham eyes win

SCARBOROUGH skipper Nick Ingham is eyeing up a second victory in a week when his side travel to fifth-placed York in Yorkshire One on Saturday.

Ingham’s troops claimed a comprehensive 31-0 win over Skipton at home last weekend.

He said: “We want to try and keep the momentum going and do our best to win at York.

“It will not be easy however as they are a good side and are fairly high up in the table.

“We showed against Skipton that we are very much together as a group and lads such as Matty Jones, Ian Williams and Chris Purdy made an impact.

“We have a lot of games left to play and would love a toup four finish but even if we finished mid-table it would be positive.”
