Boro drawn at home to Ashton in FA Cup opener

Scarborough Athletic will entertain NPL Premier rivals Ashton United in the first qualifying round of the Emirates FA Cup.

The tie will be played on Tuesday September 22 at the Flamingo Land Stadium.

In the home league fixture last season, Boro won 3-1 at home to Ashton thanks to goals from skipper Michael Coulson (2) and midfielder Ryan Watson.
