Dropped Rafiq lashes out

AZEEM Rafiq, the Yorkshire off-spinner, has launched a foul-mouthed rant on Twitter after being left out of the England under-19s team for the second Test against Sri Lanka at North Marine Road.

Rafiq, who skippered England in the 199-run loss in the first Test at Northampton, fired a scathing attack at coach John Abraham after he was omitted for what the ECB called "inappropriate conduct" and Rafiq is now under further investigation by the board.

England ended the second day of the Test on 223-6 in reply to the tourists' 317 all out, Luke Wells hit 54 and Jack Manuel 57 for the hosts.
