SCARBOROUGH Athletic boss Brian France faces a massive selection dilemma ahead of tomorrow's trip to NCE first division strugglers Rossington Main.
France gave a run-out to a few fringe players in the midweek President’s Cup clash at Bottesford, and each of them shone in a 7-1 thrashing of the Lincolnshire outfit.

Now the Boro chief must decide whether to give hat-trick hero Danny Gray or man of the match Gary Hepples a starting place in tomorrow’s league encounter.

He said: “It will be a struggle to leave Danny out, he will be knocking on my door if I do. So will Gary, who did very well on Wednesday.

“I couldn’t fault any of the lads, but we now have to decide on a few things, such as who to leave out and who to keep in.”

In attack France must decide between Gray, Rich Medcalf, Ryan Blott and Craig Hogg, who is on the verge of returning to fitness. His options are a little more limited at the back as Jamie Waltham is set to kick off his three-match suspension.

France added: “Jamie is out, but Carl Wood came down training on Tuesday. Even though he is struggling a bit, he could be an option for us.”
