SCARBOROUGH are looking to go one better in the Real Ale Sevens at the Newby Showground tomorrow.
The club reached the final of last year’s event and skipper Josh Bullen is in confident mood.

The Real Ale Sevens is the build-up to the main event, the Pindar Trophy, which takes place on Sunday.

Josh will be joined by Eddie Rakanui, Ethynne Terblanche, EJ Jooste, Paul White, Andy Bird, Reid Fairburn, Mike O’Brien and Dave Snodin.

They kick off with a clash with Guisborough at 11am.

He said: “We are going out there to enjoy the rugby, but we are wanting to do well at the same time.

“We reached the final of the event last year, so we will obviously be looking to go one better and win it this time out.”

Scarborough will also field a Development side in the event.
