Both PC and Mac users are able to view our video content with the correct software and internet connection.
The video format we use is Windows Media Video 9.

In order to view this content you will need Windows Media Player version 9 or higher.

You will also require a fast internet connection. A standard broadband connection of 512kb will be able to play the video content.

If you are a PC user and need to upgrade your media player you can click on the link here to go to the relevant download page on the Microsoft website.

If you are an Apple Mac user you can click here to download the Windows Media Player component for Mac OSX to install in your browser.

For either install you will need to follow the instructions on the webpage and installer to successfully install the software.
