Time travelling treat for bookworms

SET the Tardis co-ordinates for the library to take part in the Doctor Who Book Challenge.

Libraries across the county are challenging children and teenagers to read or listen to four Doctor Who books or audio books from June 5 to July 3. Everyone who completes the challenge will receive a prize. Those who take part but don't quite manage the full challenge will receive a diary to help keep track of their reading.

The challenge is open youngsters across the county.

A library spokesman said: "The Dr Who series of books and audio books are incredibly popular and we are delighted to have some brand new titles in our libraries. This challenge will see many children and teenagers reading some wonderful time travelling adventures."
