Scrum on down to club's night of mystery
SCARBOROUGH rugby players will transform themselves into men of mystery for a masquerade ball.
This year’s annual dinner will be a black- and-white themed masked ball at the club’s Silver Royd headquarters on Saturday March 27.
Part of the proceeds from the night will be donated to the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
Tickets are 35 which includes a three-course dinner, coffee and cheese as well as entertainment throughout the night including solo artist Paul Martin from Newcastle.
There will also be various prizes to be won throughout the night including two Guinness Premiership Final tickets, a Barons Health and Fitness membership as well as cash prizes.
Ball organiser Jo Purdy said: “The ball committee have worked tirelessly to make the night a success and it looks set to be a fantastic evening.
“Whilst the demand for tickets has been fantastic, there are still a few tables available.”
Tables of up to 12 or single tickets may be bought by either contacting the rugby club on (01723) 357740 or Philip O’Brien on 07885 733539.
