If you would like to have a personal Obituary Tribute published in the Scarborough Evening News, please fill in the answers to the questions overleaf. Any questions which are not applicable should be left blank.
A photograph to accompany the tribute may also be enclosed and this will be used, subject to it being of good enough quality for reproduction in the newspaper.
A standard charge of 25 including VAT is payable towards the cost of processing and publishing the tribute, including a photograph. Should you wish to include the names of mourners, requiring further space in the newspaper, you may choose a larger tribute at a cost of 45 including VAT.
