Christmas fair in aid of hospice

A CHRISTMAS fair in aid of Martin House Children's Hospice, near Wetherby, will be held at Westborough Church in Scarborough on Saturday November 28, from 10am to noon.

It will feature a raffle and stalls selling Martin House Christmas cards and goods, books, cakes and charity CDs.

Admission costs 1 to include tea and a mince pie.

The fair will be opened by Scarborough's mayor, Cllr Bill Chatt.

Donations of 5ps in aid of Martin House are still being collected by Headers barbers in Aberdeen Walk.

Anyone who would like to make a donation is welcome to call in.
