Barrier is damaged

POLICE have launched an appeal after a car park barrier was damaged in Scarborough.

The wooden barrier, in the NCP car park in North Street, was damaged at between 7am and 10:30am on Wednesday.

It was on level six of the multi-storey car park.

Police have asked that anyone with information contacts them as soon as possible.

Information can be passed to the police by calling the non-emergency line, 101, and asking to speak to Tom Wilkinson.
