A car was seized by police in Scarborough after they found it had not been taxed for over 18 months.
The Vauxhall Astra was stopped on Valley Bridge on Friday night and when police checked its records, found it had not been taxed since April 2019.
They seized the car and reported the driver for driving without road tax.
