Holiday park recruitment drive success

A RECRUITMENT drive for a Cayton Bay holiday park attracted interest from hundreds of people.

Cayton Bay Park Resorts filled more han 50 of its seasonal vacancies at a recruitment day held at the Royal Hotel.

The event, organised in partnership ith Jobcentre Plus, attracted hundreds of isitors and high numbers of applications.

Tracey Malkin, Jobcentre Plus east cast local account manager, said: "These events are always hugely popular with the employers we currently work with, because they allow them to fill their vacancies quickly and easily.

"The day was particularly well attended and Cayton Bay managers were able to interview lots of good-quality applicants."

Tara Stockdale, Cayton Bay Park Resorts holiday sales manager said: "I was very impressed with the help and support Jobcentre Plus provided throughout the recruitment process, particularly on the day in helping applicants complete forms and prepare for the interview stage.

"We have now recruited some excellent people to join our team ready for the forthcoming season."
