Help in getting finance
A PROGRAME has been designed to help Scarborough's businesses win bids for finance.
The Yorkshire and Humber Understanding Finance for Business (UFFB) Programme has launched to provide businesses in the region with the knowledge, advice, tools and resources to attract investment from banks, business angels and venture capital finance.
The programme which helps companies get fit for funding is being run by Connect Yorkshire, which supports technology start-up companies in Yorkshire and the Humber. The 3 million programme will give high growth businesses access to the support they need to make their companies more attractive to investors as well as the opportunity to work with industry experts who have helped companies in the past.
