Trio deny store affray

TWO men and one youth have appeared at Scarborough Magistrates' Court charged with causing an affray near Sainsbury's supermarket.
Stephen Catterill, 18, of Endcliff Crescent, Gary Stone, 19, of Barrowcliff Road, and a 16-year-old youth, who cannot be named for legal reasons, all deny the allegations.

The trio were committed to York Crown Court to appear on May 23.
