Threat man in court

A 42-YEAR-OLD Whitby man has appeared in court charged with causing grievous bodily harm, threats to kill, affray and criminal damage.
Andrew Marshall, of Westbourne Road, did not enter pleas and spoke only to confirm his name, age and address during Thursday's hearing at Scarborough Magistrates’ Court.

The charges relate to incidents alleged to have taken place in Whitby on April 28.

No application for bail was made and Marshall was remanded in custody until June 5.
