YOUNG people in Scarborough will be showing off their talents during a theatre-style performance at Scarborough Library in Vernon Road on Monday.
The event follows a partnership project with Wakefield's Youth Service, entitled Stages of Engagement.

A spokesman for North Yorkshire County Council's Children and Young People's Service, said the young people had been developing their engagement skills using theatre as a back-drop.

The Access for All project focussed on young people's views about accessing services, buildings and people.

In conjunction with HQ Arts, a specialist youth arts company, they had been working towards a short, focused piece of theatre to perform in front of key decision makers as well as hoping to influence the developing new Children and Young People's plan.
