Special charter for council staff

NORTH Yorkshire County Council has drawn up a special charter for its staff.
Its commitments include the right of staff to be treated with fairness, respect and dignity by all.

Equally, it states they their responsibility is to offer the best level of service to its customers and behave in a way that gives them confidence.
