Scarborough Man accused of raping girl, 14

A SCARBOROUGH man is to appear at York Crown Court charged with three counts of rape on a girl aged 14.
Richard Gurney, 25, of North Marine Road, was released on conditional bail. He was told he must not contact prosecution witnesses, to reside at his address in North Marine Road and ordered to abide by a daily curfew from 9pm and 7am. Gurney will next appear at York Crown Court on September 1.
