MEMBERS of Scarborough health trust's estates maintenance staff have been presented with certificates in recognition of their efforts.
Trust chairman Sir Michael Carlisle handed out training accreditations in woodworking machinery, boilers, electrical installation and Legionella risk management to 17 members of staff.
Sir Michael presented each member of staff with their certificate and praised staff for their continued hard work behind the scenes.
The following staff members received the Boilerhouse Operative Accreditation Scheme Certificate of Achievement: Norman Addison, Kenneth Capps, Leslie Moore, Christian Rowe and David Young.
Glenn Broadbent, Phil Hedges, Phil Mead, William Taylor and Franco Villani received their Certificate of Competence Woodworking Machinery.
Kevin Hobson, John Hoggarth, Craig Laffey, Steve Metcalfe, Paul Newnham and Barry Skipper were recognised with a qualification in 17th Edition Electrical Installations.
John Green was recognised as a Legionella Risk Management Responsible Person.
