Ex pub boss fraud case

A FORMER Scarborough pub landlady accused of fraud has had her case committed to the crown court.
Machele Farrar, who previously ran the Spa pub in Victoria Road, did not enter a plea during the hearing at Scarborough Magistrates’ Court.

The 49-year-old, of Manor Road, was bailed to appear at York Crown Court for a plea and directions hearing on February 23.
