ENTER the bearded dragon ... and the sugar spider, tarantula, giant snail and stick insects.
These were some of the creatures introduced to the 5th Scarborough Rainbows.
Marie Conway, from Animals In Tuition, led the session at Wreyfield Drive Methodist church hall in Scarborough.
"The children loved it, they enjoyed touching some of the creatures but weren't too fond of the spiders," said leader Laura Giddings.
The Rainbows meet at the hall each Friday from 5.15pm to 6.15pm. New members are welcome.
Rainbows cater for children aged between five and seven. Anyone interested in joining should contact leader Jill Kirby on (01723) 360330.
