SCARBOROUGH welcomed chartered accountants from across the region as the town hosted a three-day conference.
The conference, a joint enterprise by Humberside and District, Sheffield and District, and West Yorkshire Societies of Chartered Accountants,was held at the Royal Hotel.

Speakers included tax consultant Brian Ogilvie, Val Steward, who has more than 20 years' accountancy practice experience, David Jones, regional managing director of conference sponsor Absolute, and lecturer and consultant Mark Lloydbottom.

The final Saturday morning session included an overview from Business Link Yorkshire of the support available to business in Yorkshire and Humberside.
