Hartlepool-born Mick Donnelly has a big, warm tenor sound and humorous microphone manner.

He started playing sax when he was 11 and was soon performing professionally with local bands.

Mick is a busy musician with great experience in many genres.

He has toured or appeared on TV with Sammy Davis Jnr, Barry White, Tony Bennett, Ian Dury, Britney Spears, Lulu, Gene Pitney, Kiki Dee, Shirley Bassey, Sting, Stevie Wonder, Bobby Shew, Mark Nightingale, Alan Barnes, Bruce Adams, Steve Waterman, Andy Sheppard and Dave O'Higgins.

Mick is a regular front-liner with the Voice of the North Orchestra, and is accomplished on clarinet and flute.

He will be backed by the resident Mike Gordon Trio.

Steve Parry has been a professional since the age of 17. He has worked as a session musician and musical director and has composed for award-winning West End shows, touring the UK and Europe with them.

He plays in various genres with pop, Latin and jazz bands, performing at the Albert Hall, the O2 Arena, Ronnie Scott's, Glastonbury and Wembley Stadium.

Steve has played with the National Youth Jazz Orchestra, the Trinity College Big Band and leads his own Big Band From Hell.

During his last gig at the Cask, the multi-instrumentalist put his trumpet aside to play keyboards and drums.

He will be backed by the Mike Gordon Trio.
