End-of-year concerts by birthday band

SCARBOROUGH Concert Band is tuning up for two end-of-year concerts as it marks the end of its 40th anniversary celebrations.
The first event will take place on Wednesday December 10 at Queen Street Central Hall, when the band will be joined by St Augustine's School Jazz Band.

Gladstone Road Junior School Choir will then join the band for the second concert, which will be at Westborough Methodist Church on Sunday December 14.
