A SCARBOROUGH autograph hunter has launched his new book at a glitzy charity lunch in London.
Paul Bradley, of Norwood Street, unveiled “Paul Bradley’s Galaxy of Stars” in front of a celebrity-packed audience at the Regent’s Park Marriott Hotel.
The event was hosted by Allo Allo’s Vicki Michelle, who is this year’s president of the Heritage Foundation, a charity which sees people from the world of entertainment working for good causes.
Mr Bradley was invited up on stage to present a signed copy to the actress, who wrote the book’s foreword and has been very supportive of his work.
His book, which captures over two decades’ worth of star encounters, proved a hit with celebrities at the event, including Ray Winstone, Christopher Biggins, Su Pollard, Lionel Blair and Rick Wakeman.

Mr Bradley said: “It was absolutely fantastic. I’m so proud of the book and really pleased with how it looks.
“All the stars were patting me on the back, hugging me and wishing me all the best with it.
“It’s hard to put it all into words. It was just amazing.”
However, the 45 year old added that the event on Sunday was tinged with sadness following the death of Whitney Houston.
He said: “People were talking about it and were very sad to hear the news.
“I met her a few years ago and she was a lovely lady. It was a pleasure to speak to her and she was very charming.
“It’s one of those special memories that can’t be replaced.”
The singer is just one of around 400 stars who feature in the full colour, hardback book.
Mr Bradley is now looking forward to doing a book signing in Scarborough, with details to be announced nearer the time.
The book, priced £25, is available to buy at www.ypdbooks.com
