Well done to Mr Malcolm Harper for offering a £100 reward to catch the people who tied a cat up in a plastic bag and kicked the poor creature around like a football.
Cruelty to animals should not be tolerated in today's society and everyone should take action against those who perpetrate such crimes by reporting them to the police or the RSPCA.
