NOT all the people who come to Scarborough are litterbugs. Some of us have respect for the place.
I’ve been at Christmas time and the town has been chock-a-block with rubbish, with the worst parts near takeaways. It’s been disgusting sometimes and not good to walk through.

It doesn’t matter how much work the cleaners do, there’s always someone who throws litter on the ground.
