ON Tuesday evening we went to see a production of Joseph. It was awesome and we came out from the show on a high; we are still on a high this morning, not starstruck but awestruck. It was a superbly produced and presented show for the incredibly modest ticket price of £3.
The venue was Seamer & Irton Community Primary school. The producers and presenters were the teaching and admin staff of the school assisted by dedicated volunteers; the stars were the child-ren (and teachers).

We two oldies learned two or three lessons in school last night: 1. We have nothing to worry about with children like these as our future. 2. Teaching is not a career, more a way of life and 3.What a wealth of talent there is in our community!
