I read with great interest that the Audit Commission found Scarborough streets were the cleanest in Yorkshire.
Where did they go to do their research? If Scarborough is the best I shudder to think what other places are like.

I know the council workforce does its best, but the best streets in Yorkshire?

I don't think so!
