SURELY whoever wrecked the Valley Gardens flower display in Scarborough have left lots of incriminating evidence – glass bottles with fingerprints, DNA from the bottle tops – and hopefully they can be traced via this.
To wreck this garden they must have records with the police, and the garden isn't the only place left littered with bottles.

has anyone seen the footpaths by the duck pond after a weekend?

that is always littered with cans and boxes all covered in fingerprints.
