RE the assault of a teenage girl in Plantation Hill.
While I applaud the comments of Garry Ritson regarding the lighting in Plantation Hill, I cannot understand what a young girl of 16 was doing walking alone at 11.20pm in the first place. At that age she should be safely at home, or am I old fashioned?
