SEAMER FC under-17s won the league and cup double last season.
However, with most of their players now too old for the minor league the club's oldest group for the 2008-09 campaign be their under-16s.

Those players who did so well for the u17s under Kev Marson are now featuring for Seamer's new Saturday League senior reserve side.

Marson said: "They are a great group of lads and did very well but it is time for them to move on and we had to make a decision as a club on what to do.

"I will not be managing a team this campaign but I will be on the committee and my wife Beverley is still the club secretary."
