Scales weighs in

TOM Scales scored a treble as Merchant came from 3-1 down to defeat FC Filey 4-3 at home in division three of the Sunday league.
Dan Stevens fired Filey ahead before Scales levelled for the hosts but Filey were back in front at the break thanks to Jono Donaldson.
Hot-shot Donaldson scored again early in the second half but Merchant hit back through Neil Fryirs before Scales bagged another two to complete the turnaround.
Castle Tavern had three different scorers as they got the better of West Pier Reserves 3-1.
Tom Williamson, Luke Johnson and Tom Allen all netted for Andy Borrie's side while Damien Howarth scored for Pier.
Spa FC and Cayton Corinthians had to settle for a share of the spoils in a 2-2 draw.
Ashley Sillett and striker Ian Laing were both on the scoresheet for Spa while Michael Dennis bagged a brace for Cayton.
Scholars claimed a 5-3 victory over Riley's.
The Scholars hot-shots were Billy Johnson, John-Paul Watson, Chris Costigan, Clayton Walker and Mikey Anderson.
Sam Barker, Mark Oldroyd and Matty Millar scored the Riley's efforts.
