FORMER Edgehill boss Sean Chapman has taken over as manager of Pickering Town under-19s.
The 32-year-old had been working for the George Pindar Community College school of excellence, but after two-and-a-half years he has opted for a switch back into the competitive game.

Chapman is now looking forward to the new Northern Alliance League season, where he will be meeting up with a number of his former players, who will be turning out for Scarborough Academy.

He said: "This is a good step forward for me. It was a bit of a wrench leaving the Pindar set-up, but I wanted to get back into competitive football."
