Fowler makes Rovers switch

FORMER Boro skipper Lee Fowler has left Blue Square South club Newport County to join Blue Square Premier Forest Green Rovers.
Fowler, who was captain during Boro’s final season in the Conference, moved to Burton Albion from Boro, then switching to Newport after that.

He started his career at Coventry City and moved to Huddersfield Town, making a total of 63 League appearances for the west Yorkshire outfit.
