Level of hospital care was second to none
FOLLOWING an eight-day stay in Scarborough Hospital in February I wanted to express my thanks to all those who looked after both myself and our baby with such care and attention.
After being admitted to A&E with severe breathing difficulties I spent time in the Intensive Care Unit before moving to Holly Ward and was kept an eye on by midwives as I had had to have an emergency caesarean.
Our healthy baby was expertly cared for on the Special Care Baby Unit for the whole week until I was strong enough to look after him myself so a special thank you to all the staff on SCBU.
I could not fault the level of care I received during my stay from all concerned and am very appreciative of all the help I received to get me back on my feet again.
