Another in-depth expose by the local paper. As 1 says, Ok to dump waste at the old swimming pool, but not at - well, wherever this article is about. What is the "n" thing that the SEN seem to put in front of all the half-finished news articles that sort of escape onto the website?

Seems that tyres get taken to the North Bay swimming pool site for disposal there.
