A ‘frying’ start to fundraising
A FUNDRAISING event at a Scarborough fish and chip restaurant raised a tasty £270.
The event at Graveley’s in Staxton was organised by personal trainer Jon Burch, who is planning a number of challenges to raise money for multiple sclerosis research.
Jon’s programme of events includes a sponsored cycle ride across Vietnam, the Great North Run and the London to Paris cycle ride.
He would like to thank everyone who supported the fundraiser at Graveley’s and let people know about that the restaurant is holding a similar event on Tuesday February 28 at 7pm.
Jon has also organised a go karting event on Monday February 20 at 7pm.
