Scarborough hairdresser revealed as a winner in English Hair and Beauty Awards final

Molly Quinton Peryer, who has been self-employed for the past seven years, runs the business name H & L Hair by Mol and is based at La Chaise salon in Scarborough.

Although she was unable to attend the ceremony in Leeds, she was thrilled to discover she had won when event organisers got in touch to say she’d been crowned Creative Stylist of the Year.

Molly, 27, who lives in Eastfield, said: “A huge thank you to all of my clients for the support they have given me through the years and all the family and friends that have given me the love and health I've needed to carry on.

"They all mean the world to me.

"I'm so grateful to have won, here’s to bigger and better things!”

Molly was previously a runner-up in 2020 in most commended stylist of the year and winner of colour technician of the year in 2022.

She named H & L Hair by Mol after her two children Harper-Lee and Lavinya-Lee.
